The subject of the event was broadly focused on finance services and processes related to them. It is this area of the business world that is one of the main groups of services that are most often subject to outsourcing or centralization within shared service centers.
During the conference practical examples of process automation as well as the most important challenges faced by Polish and European F&A companies were presented. The aim of the BSS Tour Bydgoszcz was to discover, describe and bring up the area of issues related to finance and accounting processes.
