Seminar | Corporate Income Tax – the latest amendments and current problems

We kindly invite you to the seminar on “Corporate Income Tax – the latest amendments for 2017 passed by the Polish Parliament and the current problems” which will take place on Monday, 5th December 2016 at Mazars office in Warsaw, ul. Piękna 18. The seminar will be conducted in the Polish language only.

   

About the seminar:

The aim of the training is to provide taxpayers with the latest changes to the Corporate Income Tax Act, which will come into force as of 1st January 2017 and to discuss the current problems related to CIT. We will focus on the amendment limiting the right to claim the expenses as tax-deductible costs, if the settlement of expenses is made in cash. In addition, some taxpayers will be able to use the newly reduced 15% tax rate and we will discuss the conditions for the application of this rate.

The lecture will be held by Robert Nowak, a specialist in the area of ​​Corporate Income Tax.

  

Who should participate?

The seminar is addressed to CFOs, chief accountants,  people in charge of tax settlements in companies as well as those, who would like to gain knowledge on the amendments to the Corporate Income Tax Act as of 1 January 2017.
