Digital revolution - legal and accounting aspects of electronic documentation

Dynamic changes resulting from digitalisation and globalisation also concern the accounting area and legal procedures applicable to entrepreneurs. The pandemic has accelerated even more this digital revolution.

During the webinar, experts of the Accounting Department of Mazars in Poland and legal firm Kocur & Partners presented participants how to safely carry out a digital transformation in accounting in line with legal requirements, explained how the Commercial Companies’ Code has been adapted for the purposes of digital revolution and clarified a number of practical issues concerning electronic signatures and transfer of data to electronic registers of the National Court Register (KRS) and Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR).
