Digital revolution - legal and accounting aspects of electronic documentation

During the webinar, experts of the Accounting Department of Mazars in Poland and legal firm Kocur & Partners presented participants how to safely carry out a digital transformation in accounting in line with legal requirements, explained how the Commercial Companies’ Code has been adapted for the purposes of digital revolution and clarified a number of practical issues concerning electronic signatures and transfer of data to electronic registers of the National Court Register (KRS) and Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR).
