Mazars advises Ondura Group on the acquisition of CB S.A. in Poland

Backed by Naxicap Partners and consisting of the operating entities Onduline S.A., alwitra GmbH and CB S.A., the new Ondura Group is a leading international player focused on waterproofing and airtightness of buildings in 5 continents. The Group employs 2,000 people, has 13 factories in 9 different countries and generates a turnover of €350 million, almost 90% of which is generated internationally. Founded in 1995, CB S.A. employs 200 people and has a turnover of EUR 50 million, 45% of which is exported to nearly 50 countries, with two factories in Poland and Germany.
