The project which is also known as “The Form” will host approx. 30,000  sqm of space on 10 above-ground and 2 underground floors. It is located in Wola-Centrum, more precisely in the new Warsaw office district 400 meters from Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station.

It is a landmark transaction since it marks the sale of the last property of well-established Penta Real Estate in Poland, however, it is simultaneously the first acquisition in Poland by the US based newcomer Lincoln Property Company which acted as the buyer together with Czech Enern Investments group.

Penta Real Estate is the leader in the real estate market in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. It was formed by separating the real estate division from the company Penta Investments, whose origins date back to 1994.

Damian Grzywacz commented on Mazars’ transaction support: “I appreciated very much the support Mazars provided to Penta Real Estate in this demanding and interesting deal”.

Jacek Byrt, Partner, Head of Financial Advisory and Bartosz Łuczak, Senior Manager, Corporate Finance acted as the leaders of the project on behalf of Mazars in Poland. They were supported by the Financial Due Diligence team led by Jan Fido, Director as well as the Tax Advisory team, led by Kinga Baran, Partner, Head of Tax Advisory and including Michał Jarczewski, Manager.

This distinguished real estate transaction is the next deal closed by Mazars since I took over the responsibility for the Polish Financial Advisory team one year ago. It is an evidence of our strong capabilities to deliver cross-disciplinary M&A projects to the greatest satisfaction of our clients”. – commented Jacek Byrt.
