New rules for drawing up a Director`s Report
New National Accounting Standard No 9 (Polish KSR No 9) changes the current rules for drawing up a report on the company’s operations (Director`s Report).
Seminar: The Director's report as a vital element of communication with the market
Mazars and The Polish Association of Listed Companies (SEG) have the pleasure to invite you to a seminar, which will be held on 4 February 2015 in NewConnect Hall of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (ul. Książęca 4). The WSE is a partner of this event.
During the meeting we will discuss the issue of a correct and reliable preparing of the annual Director's report, in order to increase the quality of its content and accessibility of the provided information, adjust the scope of presented information to shareholder’s expectations, present data useful for business environment and provide information concerning CSR. Then, during a panel discussion, we will talk about the forthcoming changes for the companies in 2015 and subsequent years. We will concentrate on the consequences of the potential lack of legislative changes, the need of quarterly reports, information which should be reported and its scope and the impact of the European audit reform on an annual report.
