Workshop | Strategy of development of an international Shared Services Centre
Mazars kindly invites you to the workshop organised by MMC Polska “Strategy of development of an international Shared Services Centre”, which will be held on 22-23 February 2017 in Warsaw. During the workshop, Jacek Goliszewski – Director in the Mazars Advisory Department – will deliver a lecture on establishing a development strategy of an international Shared Services Centre.
The programme will cover the following subjects:
- Legal aspects and practical analysis of operating of international SSC
- Operating centre within the international activity
- Establishing a strategy of the development of an international Shared Services Centre
- Key processes within the international SSC
- Modeling of Human Resources in the international SSC
- Main aspects of managing the international SSC
