2019 Financial Controlling Conference

Participants of the conference had the opportunity to consider and find answers to key questions – what are the challenges today for the controlling department, which became strategic in the modern company.

Program of the event

During the conference, five common sessions took place during which participants and experts discussed among others new technologies in controlling, such as automation and digitalization and considered talent management in a company and the outsourcing of controlling processes.

Moreover, many parallel sessions and discussions took place on topics such as personal controlling, license costs and controlling from the perspective of a CEO. In the meantime, experts from international companies presented case studies.

Monika Nowecka  lead a session titled “Personal controlling as seen by business”. During the session, Monika Nowecka  answered the question on personal controlling : its scope, types and tasks of personal controlling in an organization and presented the methods of personal controlling and the challenges they face.
