1st Congress of Polish Accounting Offices in Kielce

During this two day event Mazars was represented by Monika Nowecka, Managing Partner of Accounting Services, HR Administration and Payroll Services Department and VP of the Management Board of Mazars Polska Sp. z o.o., who took part in two expert panels on the 23rd of November.

In the expert panel titled "People – the main cost as regards to the services rendered by accounting offices, as well as the most of their customers - optimal management of human resources," Monika Nowecka spoke about the importance of providing a suitable work environment in order to successfully hire and keep employees in the company. Her discussion partner was Wojciech Sularz, President of the Board at Tatra Holding. 

"Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home are only some suggestions. Moreover, all employers offer a benefits package - it has become a standard. However, I believe that the emphasis should be put on the work environment" she said. 

Monika Nowecka also took part in the expert panel "How do the accounting office’s networks function worldwide?". She discussed the topic with Łukasz Mazur and Krzysztof Komorniczak, co-founders of ECDP Group and with Jacek Bajson, tax advisor at ETL Polska.
